These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FBCenter ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of HangMan (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

HangMan is a word-guessing game with several modes — Classic, Killer, and Daily Word — plus themed Word Packs, a public leaderboard, and an optional Premium subscription. Some features (like Daily Word streaks and the leaderboard) require a free account; others work without one.
HangMan is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're old enough to use the App but not yet an adult where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to make in-app purchases.
Creating an account requires an email address and password (or, on supported platforms, wherever the App offers passwordless sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for anything that happens under your account. Each account is for one person — please don't share credentials or create accounts on someone else's behalf.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App. This permanently removes your account and its associated game data — there's no undo.
HangMan Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — whichever store you downloaded the App from. We never see or store your payment details.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset progress, or suspend accounts that violate this section.
The main things you provide are your username (shown publicly on the leaderboard) and, optionally, a message sent through the in-app Contact Us feature. You're responsible for what you submit, and it shouldn't be unlawful, harassing, or infringe anyone else's rights.
Free accounts see ads served through Google's Mobile Ads (AdMob) network, which may include personalized ads if you've allowed tracking. Premium subscribers don't see ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the ad network can access.
The App, its design, word lists, artwork, and the HangMan name are owned by FBCenter or our licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose — they don't transfer ownership of anything to you.
HangMan is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — like any app relying on a network connection and third-party services, it can occasionally break, lag, or go down.
To the fullest extent the law allows, FBCenter isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the App and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately through Apple or Google, or you may keep being billed.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use HangMan after a change means you accept the update.
