The short version: play fair, keep usernames and words clean, the subscription renews until you cancel it through Apple or Google (not us), don't try to break the game or the leaderboards, and we can suspend accounts that do. Everything below is the full version.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FB Center ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of Hangmania (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Hangmania is a word-guessing game with several modes — Classic, Killer, Daily Word, Time Attack, Anagram and a Weekly Challenge — plus themed Word Packs, Pass & Play (on one phone, or online with a lobby code), friends, public leaderboards, and an optional Premium subscription. Some features (like streaks, the leaderboards, friends and online play) require a free account; others work without one.
Hangmania is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're old enough to use the App but not yet an adult where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to make in-app purchases.
Creating an account requires an email address, a username and a password; you can then log in with either your email or your username. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for anything that happens under your account. Each account is for one person — please don't share credentials or create accounts on someone else's behalf.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App. This permanently removes your account and its associated game data — there's no undo.
Hangmania Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — whichever store you downloaded the App from. We never see or store your payment details; we only confirm with the store that your subscription is active.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset progress, or suspend accounts that violate this section.
The main things you provide are your username (shown publicly on the leaderboards, in friend search and in lobbies), the words you write for other players in Pass & Play, and, optionally, a message sent through the in-app Contact Us feature. You're responsible for what you submit, and it shouldn't be unlawful, harassing, or infringe anyone else's rights. The App filters out offensive words, but that filter can't catch everything.
Free accounts see ads served through Google's Mobile Ads (AdMob) network, which may include personalized ads if you've allowed it. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the App asks for your consent first, and you can change it in Settings → Ad privacy. Premium subscribers don't see ads. The App, its design, artwork, and the Hangmania name are owned by FB Center or our licensors. Some word lists are based on FrequencyWords by Hermit Dave, used under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose — they don't transfer ownership of anything to you.
Hangmania is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted — like any app relying on a network connection and third-party services, it can occasionally break, lag, or go down.
To the fullest extent the law allows, FB Center isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the App and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately through Apple or Google, or you may keep being billed.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use Hangmania after a change means you accept the update.
